Current News

Each year, Campus Reservations and Events (CRE) helps bring more than 6,000 campus experiences to life each year — from student organization meetings to major University celebrations. Beginning this semester, CRE is streamlining the event registration process by introducing 25Live, a new system designed to make scheduling simpler, faster and more intuitive.

What’s new

25Live introduces single sign-on access (SSO) and an interactive request form that guides users through each step of the reservation process. The system allows faculty, staff and students to search and select venues based on specific features such as technology packages, room layout options and furniture types.

Where it applies

The transition to 25Live covers several key campus spaces, including:

  • Hendrix Student Center
  • Samuel J. Cadden Chapel
  • Barnes Center
  • Carillon Garden
  • Cox Plaza
  • South Campus Green
  • North Campus Green and Outdoor Amphitheater
  • Vickery Hall and Horseshoe area
  • Tillman Hall auditorium
  • Table reservations in front of Daniel Hall and Rhodes Hall

Please note, other academic buildings, such as the Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business, will continue to manage their own reservation systems.

Easy access and support

The updated Campus Reservations and Events website now includes direct links to 25Live request forms for affiliated and non-affiliated users, as well as facility policies, payment options and detailed Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs).

Campus Recreation joins the move

The Department of Campus Recreation is adopting 25Live for academic and facility reservations, including private group fitness classes, certification courses and custom CORE trips. For questions related to Campus Recreation reservations, please contact scheduling@clemson.edu.

Be mindful

Students, faculty and staff are encouraged to plan ahead and remain flexible — high-demand locations and times fill quickly. If your preferred reservation isn’t available, CRE asks that you remain considerate of other users’ needs.
