Paul Dawson: Using CI to have fun with food science
Ever wondered if the “five-second rule” actually keeps your food safe? Or if double-dipping a chip is really…
Creative Inquiry (CI) is Clemson University’s unique combination of undergraduate research, experiential learning and cross-disciplinary interactions. Each year, approximately 4,500 undergraduate students in all disciplines engage in approximately 400 team-based multi-semester research projects mentored by faculty, post-doctoral researchers and graduate students. Since 2005, CI more than 65,000 students have engaged in more than 2,000 projects.
