Creative Inquiry

Creative Inquiry (CI) is Clemson University’s unique combination of undergraduate research, experiential learning and cross-disciplinary interactions. Each year, approximately 4,500 undergraduate students in all disciplines engage in approximately 400 team-based multi-semester research projects mentored by faculty, post-doctoral researchers and graduate students. Since 2005, CI more than 65,000 students have engaged in more than 2,000 projects.

Joey Manson: Leaving his mark on campus through Creative Inquiry

Manson, a Clemson alumnus and principal lecturer in the Department of Art, serves as faculty mentor for the long-running Creative Inquiry project, “Atelier InSite: Implementation of Public Art at Clemson University.” His work has left a visual impact on campus itself through public art.
