Register NOW; space is limited – New training offered for supervisors: Buddy to Boss

Have you recently transitioned from a peer to the supervisor of your team? Are you leading meetings you once participated in? This training will increase your ability to confidently lead your team through the transition by equipping you with effective tools, skills, and strategies that address common transition challenges.

Training Topics:

  • Identify common challenges of a leadership transition and complete an action plan that outlines your strategy for navigating the transition.
  • Assess your leadership and communication styles to better understand how you manage yourself and others.
  • Develop management strategies and collaborative processes that you can utilize with your team to build trust and generate buy-in for your proposed vision and goals.
