Charleston neighborhood focus of high-tech effort to break the cycle of poverty.

Clemson’s Zucker Family Graduate Education Center has partnered with local corporations and a neighborhood nonprofit as part of a high-tech effort to break the cycle of poverty in the Chicora-Cherokee neighborhood in North Charleston.
