Clemson University will host its fourth annual Compliance and Ethics Week beginning Monday, Oct. 20. The week features several discussions and expert panels for employees and students designed to raise awareness around compliance and ethics issues impacting the University community.

Compliance and Ethics Week will highlight many important situations employees and students may encounter, including how to share issues of concern through the ethics and safety hotline, ethical decision-making processes developed by the Rutland Institute for Ethics and standards of ethical conduct  and University values adopted by the Board of Trustees.

“Compliance and Ethics Week shines a spotlight on integrity and accountability while giving students and professionals the chance to see how ethics shapes real-world decision-making,” said Tracy Arwood, associate vice president and chief ethics and compliance officer. “This year’s events highlight not only the importance of compliance in our daily work, but also the career opportunities and global impact of the field. By engaging students, faculty, and staff across five days of programming, we hope to inspire a stronger culture of ethics and demonstrate how compliance professionals help organizations thrive.
