The Nook is once again partnering with the Give Day campaign to stock the shelves of the pantry ahead of the summer months.

The Nook is Clemson’s employee-focused pantry, serving as a confidential resource for faculty and staff facing food insecurity. The on-campus location first opened in November 2024. Since then, it has supported 177 individual households through more than 1,700 individual visits.

During The Nook’s Give Day campaign, volunteers will place donation bags in buildings across campus so that University faculty and staff can make donations of nonperishable food items, household products, and personal hygiene products. A list of most needed donations is available on the Nook website.

Brown paper bags will be delivered to buildings the week of March 30, to allow units time to collect donations before Give Day on April 8. All donation bags will have a flyer attached, listing pantry needs and a pick-up date for the items.

Nook team members will return to each location on April 8 to collect donations.

Buildings slated for bag drop-offs are listed below. Teams in buildings not on this list who are interested in participating in the drive should email thenook@clemson.edu.
