Update your beneficiary and contact information ahead of 2025 Insurance Open Enrollment

Open Enrollment is just a few weeks away! It is important that you update your contact information and beneficiary data now to ensure that your information is accurate and current before making your open enrollment elections in October.  

Follow the included instructions to complete this process in a few short minutes!  

Make Beneficiary Changes  

Employees must make changes to beneficiary information directly with the provider.  

Enter changes via MyBenefits. Click on the blue beneficiary button to input and update your beneficiary information.

Enter updates via the Member Access portal.  

Access Member Access to update your incidental death benefit beneficiary with PEBA.  

Access your ORP Vendor portal or contact your ORP provider to update your ORP retirement account beneficiary.  

Make SRP updates directly with your SRP Vendor.  

Update your Contact Information  

PEBA will transition to a new pharmacy benefits manager (PBM) in January 2026. To ensure current health plan subscribers receive their new prescription cards, employees must make address changes before September 15, 2025. 

Visit MyBenefits and select contact information as the “change reason” from the drop-down menu.  

Visit Member Access and select the appropriate link (phone, address or email).
