Clemson University employees should update their contact information and beneficiary data now to ensure that their information is accurate and current before making open enrollment elections in October. The instructions below will walk you through how to complete this process in a few short minutes!
Update your Contact Information
PEBA Insurance
- Visit MyBenefits and select contact information as the change reason from the drop-down menu.
PEBA Retirement
- Visit Member Access and select the appropriate link (phone, address or email)
Make Beneficiary Changes
Changes to beneficiary information must be updated directly with the provider.
Basic and Optional Life Insurance
- Enter changes via MyBenefits. Click on the blue beneficiary button to input and update your beneficiary information.
State of South Carolina Retirement System Plan (SCRS)
- Enter updates via the Member Access portal.
State Optional Retirement Plan (ORP)
- Access Member Access to update your incidental death benefit beneficiary with PEBA.
- Access your ORP Vendor portal or contact your ORP provider to update your ORP retirement account beneficiary.
Supplemental Retirement Plan (SRP)
- Updates should be made directly with your SRP Vendor.
