In the realm of college sports, mass gathering events like football games are not just about the competition. These events throughout the country represent a complex interaction between the community and many logistical challenges in different departments.

The 2023 Clemson football season, set against this backdrop, was a testament to the institution’s commitment to both sportsmanship and safety of those coming to the games. With the Super Bowl just around the corner, we hope to share our experience to similar institutions navigating the dynamic landscape of large-scale event management to collaborate and grow together.
