Although not required for employees in time-limited (TLP), temporary grant (TGP) and temporary positions, employees in these roles and their supervisors are encouraged to participate in the performance management process to help employees maximize their performance potential. While OnBase-Performance is not available for temporary employees, planning and evaluation stages can be completed on the Performance Planning and Evaluation Form (PDF)

Please note: due to the large file size, employees will likely receive a “Please wait…” message when opening the PDF form. To view and utilize the form, users should download the file to their computer.

Employees should submit questions regarding the performance management process using the OnBase-Performance Support Form
