New COVID-19 self-assessment tool is strongly encouraged

Faculty and staff who are currently working from Clemson University locations are expected to complete a daily COVID-19 Self-Assessment available on the COVID-19 website or available through the my.Clemson app. Access through the website requires users to log in through DUO.

The 2 to 3-minute self-assessment is available to quickly access the recommended path someone should take in the event they report symptoms of COVID-19.

All faculty and staff are encouraged to continue helping to reduce the spread of COVID-19 and lower the risk of transmission by consistently practicing simple, everyday non-pharmaceutical interventions (NPIs).
