Congratulations to members of the inaugural cohort of the CU Grow program. A selection committee comprised of leaders from across the University has selected 25 applicants to embark on the inaugural 12-month program. The 2020-21 cohort is a cross section of Clemson staff, representing various pay bands, educational levels and work locations.
CU Grow (formerly the Staff Development Program) emphasizes personal development as well as professional development. The program’s 150-hour curriculum culminates with a team service project, illustrating a commitment to the University and to the welfare of our surrounding communities.
While an in-person welcome is eagerly anticipated, CU Grow’s inaugural cohort moved forward with a virtual kick-off on Sept. 1.
