CCIT launches TigerHub portal

On June 16, 2025, Clemson University’s Computing and Information Technology (CCIT) launched the TigerHub portal, powered by ServiceNow. TigerHub is a one-stop location for services and support, including links to partners like Human Resources, Parking and Transportation Services, TigerOne and more. 

Within TigerHub’s IT portal, Clemson users can search a comprehensive knowledge base of information helpful for technological needs, access a streamlined and more efficient IT ticket management process and 24/7 support through the ServiceNow virtual agent. 

CCIT is the first service area to transition its service management systems into TigerHub, with the Office of Financial Shared Services following at the start of the new fiscal year.
