University’s Marketing and Communications receive accolades



Clemson University received awards from several professional organizations recently.

The MarCom awards, one of the largest, most-respected creative competitions in the world, recognized Clemson University work from among approximately 6,000 print and digital entries from dozens of countries. Administered by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals, the awards honor excellence in marketing and communication while recognizing the creativity, hard work and generosity of industry professionals.

Platinum Award:

  • Video/Audio, Television, Single Spot: Clemson Moments (Madison) Commercial
  • Strategic Communications, Marketing/Promotion Campaign, Digital Marketing: Clemson Moments Campaign

Gold Award:

Honorable Mention:

  • Print Media, Advertising, Magazine: Experience Clemson Magazine Print Ad
  • Strategic Communications, Communications/PR, Social Media Campaign: Clemson D-Day Social Media Campaign

The Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) District III supports institutions of higher learning in the Southeast U.S. by enhancing the effectiveness of the alumni relations, fundraising, communications, and marketing professionals who serve them. It received more than 1,000 entries in its 2019-2020 competition and recognized Clemson with eight awards.
