As announced in April, construction is under way on the new Alumni and Visitors Center adjacent to Lake Hartwell.
Access to the Dike has been restricted in recent weeks due to construction for pedestrian safety for those walking and running in the area.
Following progress inspections, access is now available again on the north side near the rowing facility. Please exercise caution on the pathways. The south end gate near the Wastewater Treatment Plant remains closed. The public will continue to be updated regarding access as construction progresses.
In addition to main campus, other running and walking locations in and around Clemson include the Clemson Experimental Forest, the Snow Family Outdoor Fitness and Wellness Complex and the South Carolina Botanical Garden.
