The deadline to submit performance evaluations for staff members in Group 2 is quickly approaching. Staff members in Group 2 have performance periods that begin in September and end in August. Employees in budget centers with a Group 2 performance period must complete their annual performance evaluation by August 31.
There are three performance period groups, grouped by budget center. Employees can find budget centers in Group 2 by referencing the Performance Periods by Group document.
These evaluations are a vital tool in the development of Clemson University employees. They allow for increased collaboration between employees and supervisors. Clemson utilizes OnBase-Performance to complete performance evaluations for all full-time equivalent staff positions.
The OnBase form will lock if all steps (the overall rating and all three signatures) are not complete by the August 31 deadline. Discussions between staff members and supervisors regarding the previous year’s performance are vital in the development and growth of Clemson staff. Supervisors should take action now to prevent their employees from receiving a ‘Concedes to Successful’ rating.
