Clemson students to showcase summer research ‘Behind the Gate’ at Baruch Institute

Clemson University’s Belle W. Baruch Institute of Coastal Ecology and Forest Science will host its annual “Behind the Gate” event at 5 p.m. on Friday, July 25 at Hobcaw Barony, 177 Hobcaw Road, Georgetown, South Carolina.

Attendance is limited to 100 guests. Everyone who would like to attend is required to RSVP by July 23.

An engaging showcase, this event offers a unique opportunity for the public to meet Clemson students and faculty and learn about their latest research and discoveries in coastal ecology and forest science.

“This event highlights the work of summer student researchers and fosters connections between the University and the broader community,” said James “Jim” Anderson, Baruch Institute director.

Light refreshments and beverages will be served while guests observe the innovative projects and research conducted at the Institute.
