A team from Clemson University won this year’s SC Innovates Statewide Student Pitch Competition, which took place on Wednesday, November 16, 2022.
According the South Carolina Department of Commerce website, SC Innovates “serves as an online opportunity to showcase South Carolina’s student innovators and connects them with other business-minded students with the goal of generating new, innovative ventures in the state.”
Students from colleges and universities throughout South Carolina participated in the competition, including Clemson University, the Medical University of South Carolina, the University of South Carolina, College of Charleston, Coastal Carolina University, Coker University and the University of South Carolina–Upstate.

- 3rd Place: MitRx Therapeutics (MUSC)
