CLEMSON – Paul Trani, the Principal Worldwide Creative Cloud Evangelist for Adobe Systems, will offer the keynote before Adobe’s Creative Jam at 3 p.m. on Friday, March 1, at Clemson University’s Watt Family Innovation Center. With more than 20 years of experience in traditional design, branding and 3D printing, Trani will motivate and educate Creative Jam participants after their three-hour design charrette showdown.

Prior to working at Adobe Systems, Trani worked at design industry luminaries like Starz Entertainment and GT Alliance.

Creative Jam is part of Clemson’s inaugural CollabFest, a four-day festival celebrating creativity with a slate of art, film, technology and food events on the Clemson campus. Created by a collective group of departments across campus, CollabFest will provide the Clemson community with an opportunity to engage with the university and showcase the many talents of their students, faculty, staff and partners.

Adobe will host a Technology Showcase day from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 28, featuring a series of product presentations focused on mobile workflows for UX, video, creative imaging and graphic design with Adobe presenters Terry White, Principal Worldwide Design and Photography Evangelist; and Tara Knight, Strategic Development Manager, Creative Cloud Design; and Chris Stuart of Clemson’s rhetoric, communication and information design program.

Registration for Creative Jam is open to all students until Friday, Feb. 15. For more information about CollabFest, visit: www.clemson.edu/cocreate
