In Clemson’s continuing commitment to promoting mental health and overall work-life balance, the Office of Human Resources is excited to announce that ComPsych has been selected as Clemson’s new Employee Assistance Program provider.
ComPsych was founded in 1984 and is the largest provider of EAP services in the nation with industry-leading best practice service models. ComPsych is staffed by dedicated and qualified clinical, behavioral and work-life experts—24 hours a day, seven days a week, via telephone, web, and mobile app.
With this benefit, employees and their household members will each have access to eight free counseling sessions per issue, per year to address work-life concerns in addition to ComPsych’s legal, financial, work and lifestyle resources and services.
To learn more about these benefits and to access resources and services, visit the Clemson Employee Assistance Program webpage.
Faculty and staff should note that employees currently receiving EAP services through the University’s former provider, Deer Oaks, will continue to receive those services for the current issue, per Deer Oak’s six-session model. If you have questions, contact staffrelations@clemson.edu.
