The Office of Human Resources will offer three live “webinar” trainings during the Fall semester through Clemson’s Employee Assistance Program provider, ComPsych. These trainings are designed to help employees grow in their personal and professional lives.
In keeping with its commitment to the health and well-being of its employees, Clemson is excited to offer these trainings as a resource to faculty and staff.
The three webinars will take place in September, October, and November. They will also be available in Tiger Training for self-paced training following the session’s conclusion.
Overcoming Procrastination – September 21, 2023, from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
“Procrastination is rampant in today’s business world. Pushing important tasks and projects off until later can cause emotional anguish and keep you from accomplishing professional and personal goals. This workshop will provide techniques and strategies to overcome procrastination in your work and personal life.”
Giving Effective Feedback in Personal or Work Situations – October 24, 2023, from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.

Self-Care Tips for Managers – November 29, 2023, from 12 p.m. – 1 p.m.
