The Snow Family Outdoor Fitness and Wellness Complex allows students to take advantage of a rare resource not often found on other college campuses: a beautiful lake. Located on the west side of campus past Doug Kingsmore Stadium on the other side of the bridge that crosses Lake Hartwell, the Snow Complex offers students a relaxing escape from main campus that is just a short drive away.
At the Snow Complex you will get access to the Andy Quattlebaum Outdoor Education Center (Andy’s), which is home to the Clemson Outdoor Recreation and Education Program (CORE). There you can check out adventure trip resources, reserve equipment rentals to get out on the lake or for a trip over the weekend. There is also a bike repair shop to get your current bike ready for the season, and while you are there, check out the indoor/outdoor lounge spaces for a peaceful place to study or relax during these longer spring days.
Following Spring Break, Andy’s and CORE will expand their spring hours to:
- Monday-Friday: noon-8 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
