Clemson has revised the Required Training Policy for all Clemson employees, contingent workers, student workers and affiliates. The policy outlines the requirements for the approval, tracking and compliance for all University and job-related required training.
Now supervisors of staff whose hire or promotion date falls after February 21, 2022, will have the Supervisor Training Series as required training.
New supervisors will be automatically enrolled in the program through Tiger Training and will have 30 days from their hire/promotion date to complete two short, self-paced online training modules and one year from their hire/promotion date to complete seven instructor-led courses. The Series equips supervisors with valuable information, resources and tools for success. This learning opportunity is highly recommended for any supervisor whether they are required by the policy to take the series.
