Share:

Clemson University Public Safety will host a full-scale active threat training exercise on Monday, October 16, 2023. This exercise allows Clemson University officials, including law enforcement, medical professionals, emergency management, marketing and communications, IT, parking services and other campus partners, as well as mutual aid partners to test, evaluate and improve the University’s ability to respond in an emergency.

The exercise will take place in Tillman Hall, which will be closed on Monday. The area surrounding Tillman will be inaccessible as well, including Calhoun Drive and Gantt Circle, Military Heritage Plaza, Cox Plaza, the Trustee Lawn and parts of Bowman Field and Brackett Hall.

Those near Tillman Hall should expect to see first responder activity and participating actors.
