Panel offers important insights into characteristics sought in new hires

During the December 2 Zoom panel discussion, members of Clemson’s Corporate CDO Advisory Board will discuss how job candidates can better align their experiences to 21st century talent acquisition efforts of major employers. Participants will discover how to leverage their cultural competency to become standout job candidates during the recruitment process. Students advisors and faculty will gain a deeper understanding of traits sought by global employers, and alumni will gain key takeaways to advance their careers.

The expert group of panelists are members of Clemson’s Corporate Chief Diversity Officer’s Advisory Board and represent major corporations such as Boeing, Southwest Airlines, Wells Fargo and more.
