Employees who have not elected to receive their Form W-2 Wage and Tax Statement online can elect to do so. The online W-2 is a fast and convenient alternative to waiting for a paper W-2 to arrive by mail.
Opt-in to receive your W-2 electronically. Complete the online consent for electronic W-2 preparation on or before January 26 in order to view your W-2 online by February 1.
