Students, faculty and staff are invited to join the University community for the first of several thought sessions on mental health and well-being on Thursday, April 21 from noon-1:30 p.m. in the Barnes Center. The event is coordinated by partners from the divisions of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs and pizza will be provided by Graduate Student Government.

The purpose of the meeting is to gather the campus community members’ experiences and perspectives about all things mental health. It will be an interactive session where data will be shared about mental health and exploration of root causes, challenges and/or barriers to issues impacting well-being, including anxiety/depression, sleeplessness, loneliness/isolation and academic/work stressors.
