Applications for the 2025 cohort of CU Grow, Clemson’s premier staff development program, will soon open!
The Office of Human Resources will hold six interest sessions for staff members to learn about the program throughout July, August and September.
CU Grow is Clemson University’s staff development program. Founded in 2020, CU Grow provides a framework to support the personal and professional growth of University staff in full-time positions. The year-long program includes workshops and training, skills development, experiential learning and volunteer service. The program is open to staff members across the state with at least three years of service and a performance rating of successful or higher.
The hour-long information sessions will include a brief overview of the program and time for questions and answers.
Sessions will be held both in-person and virtually to allow staff members across the state the opportunity to hear about CU Grow.
In-person sessions will be held in the training room in the Administrative Services Building (108 Perimeter Road) on the following dates:
- July 17 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- August 14 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- September 18 from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
Virtual sessions will be conducted over Zoom and are linked below.
