As part of National Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, Clemson Undergraduate Student Government (CUSG) is hosting Suicide Prevention Awareness Week Sept. 22–26. Events throughout the week will engage the campus community, increase awareness, highlight resources and help reduce stigma around mental health—all while sharing the message that no Tiger is ever alone.

“Planning Suicide Prevention Awareness Week and serving the student body has been such a blessing. It’s been incredible to see not only the administrators and mental health initiatives on campus, but also the willingness of the Clemson family to come together and support this cause,” said Emalee Mann, CUSG’s Health and Human Services Chair. “We are so excited to see these events come to life and to spread both awareness and support to Clemson students. Every student truly belongs here, and we hope this week serves as one of many reminders of how valued they are.”
