Staff development program CU Grow has announced the 27 members making up its 2023 cohort.
CU Grow is a rigorous one-year program that aims to raise the levels of leadership, engagement and professional growth in its participants. The program is unique in that its mission includes impacting the University in tangible, positive ways through developing original individual projects. As usual, the cohort represents a diverse collection of University professionals hailing from different divisions, colleges and offices:

The cohort’s first meeting will be at a launch event on January 11. They will meet each other and program director Jaz Hamilton-Allen, who will give them an in-depth summary of the program’s structure and the kinds of assignments, discussions, and sessions that they will be participating in over the next year.
