Clemson’s online master’s in construction science and management recognized as top program

The Clemson University online master’s program for construction science and management (MCSM) was recognized by the website Online Masters as the country’s 12th best construction management program.

“We are pleased our online master’s is widely regarded as one of the country’s best for students who are looking for unique ways to further their education in the construction management field,” said Mike Jackson, chair of the Department of Construction Science and Management. “Whether our students are on campus or learning online, our faculty strive to provide educational experiences that prepare them for what’s next after they earn their degree.”

To compile their rankings, Online Masters analyzes every online master’s program for Construction Management in the country and consults 18 industry experts, current students, alumni and hiring managers. The final ranking is comprised of 40 percent academic quality metrics, 40 percent student success and 20 percent affordability.

Online Master’s also named Clemson’s program as the best for academic preparation, making it an ideal fit for those who are interested in teaching at the postsecondary level.
