Clemson Rural Health’s Clemson Community Primary Care, home of the Joseph F. Sullivan Center, will be relocating during renovations to Edwards Hall. Starting June 3, all patients will be seen at 310 Klugh Avenue, as the clinics continue providing high-quality, comprehensive care for Clemson faculty, staff and community members.
Clemson Community Primary Care will close from May 18 to June 2 to accommodate the move.

- Travel vaccines (excluding Yellow Fever)
- Women’s care
- Chronic disease management
- Nutrition consultations
- Dermatology consultations
Validated parking is available behind Klugh, with overflow parking in Lot E-5.
