Clemson Life Sciences hosting virtual STEM youth summer camps

To maintain social distancing and safety, the Clemson Life Sciences Outreach Center will be hosting virtual STEM camps this summer for kids ages 8-12.

Starting the week of June 8-11, the camps will be held Mondays -Thursdays from 9:30-noon until Aug. 10-13. The camps will be conducted through Zoom virtual classrooms, where youth will explore the basics of different STEM subjects. The three youth camps being held will focus on physics, engineering design and chemistry. Each will be conducted during the following weeks:

  • Physics – June 8-11, June 29-July 2, Aug. 3-6
  • Engineering Design Challenge – June 15-18, July 13-16, Aug. 10-13
  • Chemistry Connection – June 22-25, July 27-30
