Campus Banner + Design, longtime graphic solutions provider and large-format print business operated by Student Affairs Publications — which has been temporarily closed since Fall 2020 due to the changing business environment related to the impact of COVID-19 — has now permanently closed its operations. The closure is not part of any widespread programmatic cuts in Student Affairs.
CB+D gained an impeccable reputation by working primarily with a number of Clemson University clients over the years, including Student Affairs, Athletics and the various academic colleges. CB+D created about 40 different types of products on a regular basis utilizing two large-format printers, a 63-inch laminator and a storage area full of print materials.
CB+D provided a learning environment for student employees and interns majoring in a wide range of academic disciplines.
“From its inception and launch about 15 years ago, CB+D was always intended to be a learning laboratory for students in a real, business environment,” said Tina LeMay, director of Student Affairs Publications. “Over the years, it has been an honor to help students build their résumés and portfolios in an interdisciplinary environment working with their peers. It has been a joy to follow their careers after they graduated. I thank all of the individuals who worked within CB+D and all of the clients who helped support the student learning experience.”
