Clemson University is phasing in a new online staff performance management tool called OnBase-Performance. The new tool includes an online planning and evaluation form, automated workflow and electronic storage.
Budget Centers that begin their performance planning for FY23 as of July 1 (Group One) will start using the OnBase-Performance tool effective July 1. Group One will receive email notifications with instructions and multiple resources needed to successfully begin using the new tool.
The Performance Management webpage has been updated to include information and resources regarding the new OnBase-Performance including:
- Performance period by Budget Center group
- Timelines and Guidance for each group
- FAQs
- A list of Budget Center Super Users who will provide OnBase-Performance support
- Access to the OnBase-Performance tool (for those in Group 1 only)
