College of Behavioral, Social and Health Sciences (CBSHS) faculty have been expert sources for media writing stories on a variety of topics such as school shootings, COVID-19 protocols, child recreation opportunities, social media disinformation and more. Our college has also had several programs and projects featured in news stories.

“Our faculty and alumni are harnessing their expertise and lending their voices to important issues facing people every day,” said CBSHS Dean Leslie Hossfeld. “This is one of many ways our college works to serve the needs of people and communities across the state and beyond.”

AP News – School of Nursing Associate Professor Tracy Fasolino was named one of 10 Sojourns Scholars, a national leadership program for palliative care professionals. Read more.
