Join your fellow students, colleagues and neighbors for Clemson University’s annual Fall In Day of Service, in partnership with Pickens County Make a Difference Day, on Saturday, October 4.

Fall In Day of Service provides opportunities to give back through service opportunities in coordination with local nonprofits and community groups. A list of available projects is available on Eventbrite by clicking “Get tickets.” Select one community partner to work with: Clemson students should select a ticket that reads “CU” or “Student” before the agency. Clemson faculty, staff and community members should select a ticket that reads “CM” or “Community Member” before the agency.

Available projects include litter cleanup, Cemetery Hill beautification and restoration, building beds for area children and more. Participants can choose the project that best meets their availability and interest in community engagement. Transportation for students will be provided to and from the service sites.

Clemson’s Days of Service help participants gain an awareness of the social issues and needs of the Clemson and surrounding community, learn more about local community resources and provide an opportunity to act on local issues in the Upstate. This year marks Pickens County’s first-ever Make a Difference Day.
