Clemson University’s main campus and Upstate locations will be closed, and classes are cancelled across all statewide campuses on Monday, Sept. 30.
Several locations across campus are open today and will be tomorrow for members of the community. Littlejohn Coliseum and the Snow Family Outdoor Fitness and Wellness Complex are open from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. on Sunday and Monday with access to power, Wi-Fi and a limited number of showers. Additionally, the Hendrix Student Center is open until 11 p.m. Sunday and from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Monday.
R.M. Cooper Library will also be open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Monday for faculty, staff and students.
ACADEMICS
All lecture and laboratory classes, in person and online, are canceled for Monday, Sept. 30 at all Clemson, Greenville, Charleston and Greenwood locations.
Faculty may continue research activities to meet the needs of their projects provided their facilities have power available. Please be aware and provide grace and flexibility as some employees and students may have difficulty getting to work.
STATEWIDE CLEMSON LOCATIONS
All other statewide locations should follow the same hazard decisions made by the county government where their office is located. A full list of delays and closings is always available on the South Carolina Emergency Management Division website.
