Spring Career Fair set for Feb. 17-20 in Clemson

Clemson is hosting the 2025 Spring Career Fair from Feb. 17-20 in Littlejohn Coliseum. The fair is scheduled for 12-4 p.m. each day, providing students with the opportunity to meet and engage with more than 400 different employers.

In the days leading up to the fair, Clemson University’s Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) is facilitating a series of preparatory events for interested students. On Feb. 13-14, CCPD is offering “Resume Blitzes” in Hendrix to help students improve and finalize their official resumes. Finally, on Feb. 16, JCPenney is hosting its annual Suit-Up event at the Anderson Mall, where students receive a 45% discount on essential career attire and accessories. More information on these events, such as specific times and locations, can be found on the CCPD website.

The bulk of the Career Fair is geared toward students in STEM fields: on Feb. 17-19, Littlejohn is welcoming employers from industries such as Technology, Manufacturing, Engineering and Sciences. On Feb. 20, the final day, Business, Social Sciences, and Humanities industries are expected to attend, as well as representatives from the Education field — namely school districts looking to hire teachers.

Clemson’s Career Fair is held each Fall and Spring semester and is an excellent opportunity for students to connect with companies in their desired field and, therefore, set themselves up for success beyond graduation. Fairs during the 2023-24 academic year saw a total of 8,563 contacts and yielded promising success rates — 64% of survey respondents who attended a Career Fair earned at least one internship or job lead.

Participating students are asked to check in at Burton Gallery on the southeast corner of Littlejohn Coliseum. Follow-up interviews with prospective employers are scheduled for suites in Memorial Stadium on Tuesday through Thursday and in Hendrix Student Center on Friday.
