Spring 2025 version of Power of the Paw to survey students Jan. 29 through Feb. 12

Clemson is continuing the Power of the Paw survey of all actively enrolled undergraduate and graduate students this semester. The Spring 2025 edition of the “pulse check” assessment is being made available to students from Wednesday, Jan. 29 through Wednesday, Feb. 12.

Power of the Paw takes less than five minutes to complete and is designed to help understand, promote and elevate the Clemson Experience of current students. Data from Power of the Paw informs institutional action and resource allocation in support of the No. 1 student experience pillar within Clemson Elevate.

Last fall, more than 5,400 students participated in the survey. Through three semesters (Fall 2023, Spring 2024, Fall 2024), more than 11,000 unique students have completed at least one survey. Some key takeaways from the Fall data include:

Students can win prizes, such as an iPad, by completing the Power of the Paw survey.
  • 92% of respondents somewhat agreed, agreed or strongly agreed they belonged at Clemson (2% increase from Fall 2023)
  • 92% of respondents would definitely or probably choose Clemson again as their college destination (1% increase from Fall 2023)
  • 81% of respondents reported their overall well-being as good, very good or excellent (3% increase from Fall 2023)
  • 55% of respondents identified at least four of the six University values (13% increase from Fall 2023)

Students are incentivized to participate in the survey. By completing the form, those eligible can win a variety of prizes including free parking, bike share memberships, Clemson memorabilia, iPads, Paw Points and more.
