In compliance with South Carolina law (S.C. Code Ann. §1-13-80), the Office of Access and Equity is providing written notice that Clemson University will not discriminate against an individual because of pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions, including, but not limited to, lactation.
The Office of Access and Equity asks all employees of the University to familiarize themselves with the notice in its entirety by visiting the NOTICE OF PREGNANCY ACCOMMODATION RIGHTS.
Also, the University recently updated its Lactation Support Policy.
