The Clemson Outdoor Lab will offer training February 25-27 for anyone interested in becoming a facilitator for its Team Ventures Experience program.
Team Ventures offers a series of activities that challenge participants to work as a team, communicate ideas and feelings and solve problems. By working as a team, they learn how to work better with others, communicate more effectively and bond as a group.
Facilitators will learn team-building activities, working with the high ropes course, participant safety and facilitation resources. The training does not guarantee employment at the Outdoor Lab.
The schedule for facilitators is very flexible. University employees can sign up for groups they want to work with, including Clemson groups, youth groups, nonprofit groups, and corporate groups. Lab staff works with employees’ schedules to meet Team Ventures’ needs.
