The University’s coveted President’s Leadership Institute (PLI) is now seeking high-potential, high-performing faculty and staff applicants for the 2021-22 cohort.

Each cohort is comprised of 25 faculty and staff members from across the University. Those who would like to nominate a colleague or be considered themselves for PLI are highly encouraged to notify their deans or vice president. The final nominees must be submitted by a dean or Executive Leadership Team member. A selection committee will then review and select cohort members.

PLI is a nine-month program designed to support and develop the professional and personal leadership of faculty and staff, enabling participants to build individual effectiveness, understand the power of critical thinking and communication, learn directly from President Jim Clements and embrace their own ability to lead within the Clemson community.

Nominations are being accepted now until April 13.

Visit the PLI website to learn more about the program.
