Clemson University strives to provide a welcoming and safe campus and as part of that effort there is an updated reporting process for discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation. Employees, students and visitors at Clemson University now have access to an online knowledge center containing resources for identifying and reporting discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation. The knowledge center includes an online reporting form. All forms submitted will be reviewed by the Office of Human Resources. If contact information is provided, the Office of Human Resources will contact the individual who submitted the form to provide the appropriate next steps.

If a faculty or staff member receives a request for resources regarding discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation, or they are asked how to report such incidents, they should refer the inquiring individual to the Knowledge Center for Reporting Discrimination, Harassment and/or Retaliation.

Should the complaint be against a student or students, the incident should be submitted to the Office of Community and Ethical Standards (OCES) via its online reporting form. In addition, reports of sexual harassment and sexual assault can be made to the Title IX coordinator.

If you are involved in an emergency or have a concern about safety or criminal conduct, please call 911 immediately.
