Clemson University officials announced the dates and times for December graduation and doctoral hooding ceremonies. Commencement for bachelor’s and master’s degree candidates will take place on Thursday, Dec. 16 at 9 a.m., 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. In addition, doctoral hooding will be held at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 15 at the Brooks Center for the Performing Arts.
Doors open at 2:30 p.m. at the Brooks Center for Wednesday’s doctoral hooding. Graduates are limited to no more than six guests, who are encouraged to sit together. Students participating in doctoral hooding will receive additional details via email by Dec. 1.
Thursday’s ceremonies will be held in Littlejohn Coliseum. Magnetometers will be in place at all entrances and the facility’s clear bag policy will be in effect. The north entrance (off Ravenel Road) will have wheelchairs available for those with accessibility needs. Guest services and check-in for strollers and walkers are located in Burton Gallery on the south entrance of the facility. Doors open at 7:30 a.m.
Bachelor’s and master’s degree candidates are limited to no more than six guests, who are encouraged to sit together. Attendees are encouraged to wear face coverings inside main campus facilities. If you are experiencing symptoms of any kind, please stay home. All graduation ceremonies will be live streamed on Clemson TV.

1 p.m. – College of Architecture, Arts & Humanities; Wilbur O. and Ann Powers College of Business; College of Science
5 p.m. – College of Agriculture, Forestry & Life Sciences; College of Engineering, Computing & Applied Sciences
The joint Army and Air Force ROTC commissioning ceremony will be Dec. 15 at 10 a.m. in Tillman Hall auditorium.
