Clemson University has launched its COVID-19 Test Result Upload Tool for students, faculty and staff to submit COVID-19 test results prior to return to Clemson facilities. All University employees and all students living in campus housing must provide a COVID-19 test result before returning to Clemson facilities. Details on employee and student testing requirements were announced previously.

The COVID-19 Test Result Upload Tool is designed for students, faculty and staff to submit test results from anywhere in the United States. After uploading a test result, clearance status will be determined and communicated to the individual via Clemson.edu email.

In addition to the upload resource, the University is providing, in coordination with the Medical University of South Carolina (MUSC), multiple days of testing in the parking lot at NewSpring just west of main campus. Employees required to return to on-site work may register for a specific time slot HERE. Students will be able utilize the NewSpring site in the coming weeks. Individuals tested at the NewSpring location are not required to upload their test results, but can do so if they choose.

For employees and students unable to participate in testing at the NewSpring site, other free testing options exist in South Carolina through MUSC Mobile Testing Sites.

Submitted test results must include proper medical documentation containing your full name, date of birth, date of test, test result and type of test.

Students, faculty and staff members who have tested positive for, believe they may have been exposed to, or are ill with, the virus should review and follow the protocols on Clemson’s COVID-19 Medical Guidance page.

Everyone is encouraged to review up-to-date information from the University on its Healthy Clemson: United as Tigers COVID-19 information website.
