Campus Recreation will offer Well-Being Workshops in March designed to help participants strengthen their personal well-being and cultivate happiness.

Open to students, faculty and staff, the interactive workshop will explore how the principles of well-being and happiness can enhance wellness in personal, group and professional settings. Participants will gain a better understanding of their own well-being and learn practical strategies for incorporating the eight dimensions of well-being into their daily lives.

The workshop will be held on March 6 and 27 from 1-3 p.m. in the Andy Quattlebaum Outdoor Education Center. A Campus Recreation membership is required to register online.
