Debbout, a senior mechanical engineering major, is the director of Tigerama 2019: Welcome to the Dynasty.

There are few areas of campus life that haven’t been impacted in some way, shape or form by Clemson senior Jack Debbout. A member of Blue Key Honor Society, he is charged with directing this year’s student-run pep rally, Tigerama. The event is scheduled for Friday of Homecoming weekend, Oct. 25, in Memorial Stadium. Debbout has been a member of the Clemson University Guide Association since his sophomore year. In that same time frame, he joined Alpha Tau Omega and is now one of the fraternity’s leaders as its philanthropy chair. He’s also spent time as an Orientation Ambassador, member of IPTAY’s Student Advisory Board and as a wrestler on Clemson’s club team.

In the podcast, Debbout shares how much he has learned about Clemson’s history because of his role as Tigerama director and as a tour guide, talks extensively about the philanthropic initiatives within his fraternity, and discusses how a trip to the Michelin Career Center led to an internship and ultimately a full-time position that awaits him in Washington, D.C. following graduation in May 2020.
