Next mental health and well-being thought session set for Thursday, May 19

Students, faculty and staff are invited to join the University community for the next scheduled thought session in a series focusing on mental health and well-being on Thursday, May 19 from 10-11:30 a.m. in room 106 of the Watt Family Innovation Center. The event is coordinated by partners from the divisions of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs.

Students, faculty and staff are invited to join the University community for the next scheduled thought session in a series focusing on mental health and well-being on Thursday, May 19 from 10-11:30 a.m. in room 106 of the Watt Family Innovation Center. The event is coordinated by partners from the divisions of Academic Affairs and Student Affairs.

The purpose of the meeting is to gather the campus community members’ experiences and perspectives about all things mental health. It will be an interactive session where data will be shared about mental health and exploration of root causes, challenges and/or barriers to issues impacting well-being, including anxiety/depression, sleeplessness, loneliness/isolation and academic/work stressors.
